The streaming economy is broken for everyone except the platforms. Spotify pays roughly $0.003 per stream. A song needs hundreds of thousands of plays to clear a single rent payment. Major labels still take 70–80% of artist revenue. The independent artist's choice is binary: stay invisible, or give up the upside.
VNON is the third option — a curation streaming platform fueling a decentralized collective publishing label. Artists submit a track and set a Bond Tranche. Fans back the offerings they love. When a bond fills, a $VOFF token deploys on Base, the artist gets paid in USDC, backers receive a pro-rata airdrop, and royalties flow forever. The deeper bet is curatorial: by making fans the financial backers of the music they love, taste becomes capital. The bondings of Season 1 are votes by people who actually listen.
